Internal cost-logging endpoint and LLM gateway dashboard.

• POST /api/log — project Workers post per-call cost rows here
• GET /api/kill/status — read-only kill switch state
• GET /dashboard.html — gateway spend panel (login required)

To sign in to the dashboard, run python3 ~/Documents/Business/_shared/ops-cost-logger/sign_dashboard_url.py on the Mac and tap the printed URL.
